Your on S mode or safe mode which means you can only buy or download stuff on the Microsoft store you have to get out of S mode to download or buy things out of the Microsoft store I think

Hi I need help man I wanna play an old game that I used to play on my 98 macintosh that I recently found online thought I'd give it a try on my w10 dell desktop but its 64 bit only so I tried it on my 2005 gateway tower pc that has 820GM 1gb ddr 250gb sata HDD 8.5gb double layer 8x DVD & rw 16x DVD drives.. still runs like a champ. It didn't work it says steam is already running on this computer and must be closed in order to continue installation. Click on the steam icon in your notification tray to exit steam and then run this installer again
