Do you have clearance measurements? Given the current position of my loft trap door, I'm not sure if I have sufficient room above and in front of the door to fit the ladder.

Do you need a second ladder to install it?

so basically you can use any 3 part ladder then it's just the small fixtures that attach it to the attic floor 👍
