Thanks for the video! I made it all the way to the last step, but I'm having trouble getting the Balance Box to move at all. I tried releasing the tension on both bolts for 5 seconds at a time and I can see the spring compressing, but the Balance Box is still locked in its default position. Is there a safety mechanism that needs to be released or some other reason why the box wouldn't move even after the tension on the springs has been released?

Hi, great video! Also nice use of the Vesa Interface for mounting extra equipment. If I may remark, when using an electric screwdriver we recommend a lower speed than shown in the video. Also useful while balancing the weight, take out the black plastic cover to see if the springs are set nicely in line with each other. Well done and succes with following installations. Clients will be happy with the High Speed BalanceBox.

Should the center springs be set right up the top or inline with the outer springs?

Hi Emmet, the inner springs are already in the correct position. So only adjust the outer springs to balance the weight. The answer to this question, as to many others, can be found in the supplied manual. It can also be found at www.heightadjustablemounts.com.

Hi, what if one side sits lower? Do I adjust the spring on the lower side?

If the balance box no longer stays up how does this get fixed ? Is it an easy fix or does it mean there is an issue with the springs?
