I use InputMapper and open it up before I plug in the PS4 controller and play. I hope that helps.

bro u don't have to download the torrent file. go to the step 7 of that page and click on (download and install the patch) then u will be redirected to the another page then click on (download and install the patch) Thanks.

Make sure you have Administrator privileges when installing this, otherwise it will give you the Access Denied error.

The HD Project only works on the Steam HD Ultimate Edition and not the 2007 original PC port.

The install script comes with the ZIP file titled re4hdproject-release.

Right click Resident Evil 4 on Steam, select properties, then local files and finally select "Verify Integrity of Game Files". It might take a few minutes, but afterward the Bin32 folder should return, as it's apart of the game, not the mod.

when you apply 4gb patch to re4 exe and double click on the modified game’s exe you will see this “The applications was unable to start correctly (0xc0000142), this message will be shown to those who are using steam ver like me. this obnoxious message is now a thing of the past, cause i have found a solution, all you have to do is downloading re4uhde.crack.pack unzip it,delete PROPHET crack (steam_api.dll -steam_api)in game’s bin32 folder, and copy the bin32 folder inside ALi213 folder and paste it in the game’s folder. i installed the hd mod and finished the game with no errors or crashes.

The bin32 folder can be found within your Steam directory. If you follow this path, it'll take you there: SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Resident Evil 4\Bin32.

The steps in the beginning involve clicking the link and waiting for them to finish downloading, which I don't think is worth covering in a quick tutorial. If the torrent file isn't giving the script.bat file, try to download it directly using the link in the description - as I didn't use the torrent in this video.

@@RoninD72 Seems like you might not have the software required to open the torrent file - a quick Google search should sort out the problem. Alternatively, you could get the direct download and open it up with winRAR.
