i have my front shreds on top of board aim it down to see way better distance and for oncoming No good underneath only good for oncoming to see you , and cannot see depths of bumps and cracks at night My opinion , Best lights for skateboards glad i brought them

which side of the board is front? the battery side? or the motor side?

I have a Meepo V3 and I bought standard mounts for both front and back, ik it will fit with the front mount but, what about the back mount, cuz if not I'll just put both of them on the top side of the board, because I would prefer for both to be on the bottom

Is it wrong to put the light mount under the plate? Am I even saying that right? I dont like the bracket above the plate. I like it all to be flush and seamless. Will that do damage to the board?

Hey there! We do not recommend putting the mounts between the deck and your trucks. It's best to place the mounts on top of the base plate of your trucks.

What about just a regular cruiser skateboard? Think 8.5" popsicle board, small riser pad and 56mm Bones Rough Riders wheels. Would that fit?

As ASiggeris already asked, do I need longer screws for the back trucks of the Evolve Bamboo GTR? I read somewhere that mounting the lights on this board will barely work since it will make the screws a bit to short, which means that the nuts will barely hold on to them. Can you confirm this? Sounds like that would make the board more dangerous - not safer.

But your rubber light covers which are holding the light to the metal plate are crap. Will I get significant discount for new gen? Because I have lost 6 lights already! Sry, but im just honest and angry a little:)

They have a really good warranty on the lights. I have the old gen and the new sl200, the difference is huge. The old versions I resorted to cable tieing them down to the bracket between each charge because I was scared to lose them, but not only are the new ones secure they are also way brighter and never really need to be taken off. Definitely take the plunge on buying the new ones... They will give you a discount code I'm sure if you email them.

Be careful guy's this light or to expensive for the quality. I bought four light in the end of June. Two months and a half later, only two light or steel working. One is lighting only when I charge it and the other one have one bottom not working anymore. I'm really disappointed!!
