I haven't tried it yet, but I installed mine from my disk and went and downloaded the files from the site. My problem is that it occasionally crashes, and I cannot create a Sim at all. The sad part is that I've only installed one of my expansion packs, and I don't know if the others will work. :(

this didn't help me at all... I'm curious how to install the expansions without the update. everytime I try to update it crashes and the installation fails. I have already the sims 2 and some other expansions installed, but they won't work together. so if I run NL, the game won't recognize UNI for example

I was just wondering how I would go about adding my graphics card to the rules when it is an Intel HD Graphics card and no hex code was apparent under advanced settings on screen resolution. Your video is very good for a first how to. :)

where did you download the sims 2 deluxe edition from? i've noticed you have utorrent so i presume you torrented it from somewhere, but if you could tell which specific site you got it from that'd really help

hey, i am have a crashing issue, after i chose any world and create a sim it crashes, i reloaded and chose an existing family it loads then crashes, so I can't play at all. win8.1 sims 2 deluxe all expansions & stuff packs, please help

Well thanks: I will try this out tomorrow and if it's still asking you for disk 4 when installing a expansion I will have a descriptive tultorial how to run the Sims 2 in a Vurtuil mischene will be a solution if you can't find you Graphics on your PC and this way is eseyer.
