Hi there @mailee9922. Thanks for watching our video. We're glad you enjoyed it. As for the plastic plug, you should only remove it when you want to connect your dishwasher to the disposal. If you were wondering whether this was a continuous feed or a batch feed, this is a continuous feed model. This type of garbage disposal run continuously once you've switch on the power as you feed it food scraps, unlike batch feed, which only activates when you put in the stopper.
