Video title is confusing. Its says how to install tkinter but it actually doesnt. I know that tkinter is built-in in python binary itself at default. But im in situation where i need to install it explicitly because e.g user unchecked tcl/tk package when installing python..

it worked but with this error message in red & : File C:\Users\Desktop\tkinter_pro\studysession\Scripts\Activate.ps1 cannot be loaded because running scripts is disabled on this system.
