I installed a Yatour in my sons V70 today. I got ugly alternator-noises so I went to a store an bought a noise filter. But when I was going to install it I noticed that the noise stopped when I cut the yellow 12V cable that I had soldered on the HU-603 + cable!. So that was an easy fix and now it sounds great!

Hi Tommy I got exactly the same symptoms. Yellow 12v cable is to power the Yatour - did you find another power source or just left it disconnected? Have just put the dash back together after giving up with it - your post gives me some hope!

I think i damaged the red cable because there are so many crackling noices but really like crazy even if i turn of the radio its as loud as a bullet and i have to immediatly turn of the car bc its really embarassing, what should i do??

Yes you can use the sw controls - you have to label the files mimicking the track numbers to change track up and down

it's depends on the adapter you choose, but any of them is better than FM, but of course, real audio CD is best way for quality.

They started putting the aux spots in the cars late in 2006 so 2007 models and up should have them in the center box iirc

there may not be enough power for hdd, better use USB of memory card or just buy newer adapter with bluetooth function.
