You really need to slow down at times. You're just assuming the person on the other end is getting the same results as you. You also don't show specific settings so we can also double check ours. It was very frustrating trying to figure out what exactly was different about my set up. Also, adding the "web cam overlay" just sticks it into the corner of my preview without me being able to grab it, so again, you assume that things are just WORKING on our end. You offer no troubleshooting tips for potential issues either...very frustrating at times.
