Just conveniently gloss over the fact that its actually paid software even though its constantly referred to as open source and other terminology that implies but does not explicitly state that its free lol

You can follow their guide if you look at the reply to HollowsDarkness comment. If you would not like to pay, then you may download the source, install VS2019, and build it yourself. Doesn't take all that long and learning to do this means you don't have to wait for a service to update their pre-built copy. VS2019 Community edition will likely be the simplest since everything MQ seems to be centered on the 2019 libraries currently.
