I can't find the vuforia engine in package manager :( . I follow ur step, the package manager its a little different in my unity. But i follow ur step correctly. Idk why..

it's good but I wanna know about one problem. did you try to build apk and run it on android phone? Now I has issue with AR camera (black screen) in android version. it works in low andoid version(5, 6, 7) well but it is not working on high version.

While the video is great, the official instructions to just let the imported asset do everything for me worked. During the "Resolving Packages", although it seems that Unity is frozen, it actually was fetching the package from github. So it took time. I also initially thought that it got stuck.
