How to install walbro 450 fuel pump(First Start)

In this video we install the Walbro 450 fuel pump, fill it up with e85 and button up a few items for the first start.

I'm confused as hell about needing to run relay or not on installing one of these pumps, help out brotha

If its a 450 you need a relay.
