You are way underestimating Android chips, they are so much more powerful than most people think, it's just the emulator itself is not capable of running windows smoothly Anything from snapdragon 845 onwards is almost as powerful as a 4 core desktop chip from 2020 or even more and that's not bad, if you run windows natively it will be much better than emulating it

Limbo doesn't actually install windows 10/11 because it's just a VM. If you want to actually install windows 10/11 get a Supported Project Renegade device like the OnePlus 6/6T, Poco f1, and Xiaomi Pad 5.
