F10 combo didn't work for me. Did Cmd+R then typed cmd and hit enter, which got me to the command line interface. Otherwise all worked perfectly. Thanks!

For those that get stuck because their shift-FN-F10 does nothing, use option-tab and select the non MS window. Once that is selected you will see a screen asking if you want to continue, select yes. The terminal will appear.

I believe you have to redo the installation and select larger drive size. Some VM have it where it can get bigger when you need more but I do not think UTM does
