Great free video however, folks there is no need to plunge your drill bit down to the drill head when drilling a 1/4 inch deep hole and letting the drill head spin on your clear coat for no apparent reason.

Awesome look and I would buy except the deal breaker for me is having to remove the seat to disconnect the saddlebag. Ciro needs to make the connectors longer so you can disconnect without having to remove the seat.

Thanks for the video Ryan....really appreciate everything you post. Question: this is probably silly but, once you add these extensions, whenever you want to remove the saddlebags for cleaning or whatever, you also will need to remove the seat as well to unplug them....correct? A bit of an inconvenience, but they do look nice. Thanks.

Cool I have the Custom Dynamics modulator so I was wondering about that. Last one I am wondering about is the one around the headlight. I hate the bugs embedding themselves around my head light but I worry about tarring into the fairing for the wiring.

I just purchased the filler lights for my 2014 ultra -- I want to add the custom dynamics modulator to help with stopping visibility - but it appears that it no longer is part of any Ciro product, and there is no link in the LAB store. Is there a reason? I can purchase it from the custom dynamics web site - but I am wondering if there is an issue with how it connects/works that it is not part of either Ciro or LAB sites?

It's hard to tell....are there three wires in each plug (left and right)? I want to add another plug at each saddle bag so I can remove the bags without having to fish the wires back through. Can anybody tell me the wire gauge for the harness conductors? Much appreciated!

As usual, fantastic video explaining the details the instructions always leave out. My question is based on an experience laying my bike down on gravel this last week. The very bottom outer edge of my saddlebag ended up taking the brunt of the damage. It looks to me like even with saddlebag guards the bag extensions are gone if the bike goes down. Thoughts? I know no one thinks they are going to lay the bike down but... reality intrudes.

Ryan you sure made that look simple but for us with older Harleys (09) I need a load equalizer before all the other cool lighting. Now I was wondering can my seat fit back on the bike after all the plug in wiring harnesses....LOL.

Hahah, yes your seat will fit. It's actually up to you if you want to add a load equalizer. The only thing it does is so your signals will flash at stock rate. Without a load equalizer they will flash a little faster. That bothers some , but others don't car and never put a load equalizer.

So the modulator will work with stock light system? Those saddlebag extensions look tuff, I hesitate drilling holes in the bags though. Have to think on that one, but damn, the extra safety margin is tempting.

You'll need to convert your stock signals from Halogen to Ciro Fang LED's. Easy install. We have a video for that. You can't use modulators with stock halogen. That's why on my/our Police bikes we have much extra lighting and modulators. You often don't get a second chance if you get rear-ended on a motorcycle. I've seen some bad stuff out there.

Are these compatible with the brake strobing kit (CD)? I'd assume so, but better to ask. '18 FLHTK with the CD magic strobe kit. Thanks!

Ciro 3D does not guarantee that the CD strobe modulator will work with their lights. It's not been tested on all products. You'd have to give it a try. No guarantees. It does work with my Ciro Fangs LED signals/brakes.
