How to install Wireless Projection Ghost Lights (Courtesy Light)

This video is for people who haven't got the courtesy lights on the door but still like to install a courtesy light with a fancy projection logo. This is a great yet inexpensive way to install a courtesy projection light and best of all it's wireless, so no need to drill or open the car door from inside. Works effortlessly and smart. For anyone who is interested in buying this product please feel free to search on eBay or Amazon.

The magnet needs to be resting underneath the sensor. Please find the sensor position and then align the magnet! Even though it has a mechanism of switching itself off after a minute but still it’s gonna east batteries quick.

How do you apply this in cold weather? The tape wont stick. I brought gorilla tough and clear double sided mounting tape and it still won't stick to the car door.

Hmm, I did this in winter time to be honest and made sure the surface was clean and dry where sticking the magnet. It’s not as weak as it looks, I still have it intact since applying it!

It’s really hidden at the rear of the door so sun shouldn’t shine there! I’ve used it in winter and summer sunny days with no problem! I can say it’s safe as long as you use branded batteries so they last long too!

I got mine,my car is Honda Civic 2014 but magnet is no where near to the device I.e when closing car door device sensor doesn't come to contact with the magnet due to how the cars door us made. Any help??

Guys, I use crazy glue because I want this to be part of my car Accessory like my bra and chrome on my channel.. paint the magnet to match the color of your interior also.. it hasn't came off in 2 months..

Hiya, sorry to hear that! Mine still works fine and going stronger just need battery replacement after 8-10 months. Do an initial inspection, see if the battery connectors are not corroding, it shouldn’t be because u just bought them a month ago. Also I hope water didn’t find its way in these devices as they are not water proof. Are they both not working?

I don't think its meant to be installed in the middle of the door... more so the end so you get maximum light on the street. also, why not cut a whole under the door panel and wedge it in there.. the box is hideous and lame sticking out like that.. especially with a light color interior

Lisa, the magnet needs to sit under the sensor. Please make sure it’s underneath the sensor in order for it to work.

Are you sure the magnet is sitting under the sensor? That’s the trick my friend as soon as you close the door the magnet must be under the lights to turn it off/on. Please re-adjust the magnet. Thanks
