I officially love this guy-uninstalling wp and then reinstalling it via this method has been the only thing that seems to have resolved the 403 forbidden errors that have plagued me for weeks... Fingers crossed things stay functional now!

I did the exact things but when I go to "wp-admin/setup-config.php" it's just a blank screen and all the pages of WP are blank. I also checked that it cold be from an active theme or plugin but it wasn't. I really need help please tell me if you know something.
