Hello, is there any way to remove the entire carriage? I have a uv dtf printer with dual xp600 and the bottom of the printhead carriage got stuck to the A film while printing. I need to clean the underside of the carriage????

Mine has some sort of white silicone on the ribbon cables. I’m scared to pull it! How does that come off without damaging ribbon?

Is the F1080-A1 head different from the xp600, or is it the same thing? do they have different production facilities or are they all one conveyor with a different index?

F1080 is the official head, xp600 is "modified" so way. You can search and you will see the difference.

Hi, I have a similar printer as this and I just installed a new printhead for my white. and I'm still having trouble with the white not coming out. Is there anything I can do besides nozzle checks, manual pump, cleanings...

Look the cap station and see if there is white ink, if not a line may be clog. If you see in the cap station then head is getting ink and you just need more manual pump or print something white to get that running.

6-12 months depending how you do your maintenance and often you use the printer.

Hello Kingdom, after changing the head, I hardly get any thicker white ink coming out, most of the white ink that comes out seems very light. I've performed manual pumps and flushing of the ink using the Tool software and still won't get any thicker white ink, the white ink layer is extremely light. I've already used almost 2LTs of white ink as a result of the Manual Pump and Flushing. I have also used the ink circulation but still the same. I changed back to the previous head and still had the same issue. I will appreciate any tips from you

Check the lines are not licking some where or clogs. Also, make sure the dampers are good and not have dry ink on the tip.

error 16 is for when you change the printhead or cable and is not connected correctly. Verify again. We use Cadlink Digital Factory 10 DTF

Hola, una pregunta, tengo un plotter parecido, pero de 1 cabezal, antes tenía problemas porque no imprimís el color amarillo, he cambiado dampers, tinta, revisé mangueras, limpié el cabezal y el encoder. Después de semanas empezó a salir el amarillo, pero ahora ya no imprime magenta, que puede ser el motivo? Gracias

No sabría decir exactamente, puede ser que la cabeza se esté empezando a dañar. Compre otro en caso de emergencia.

Hola amigo buenas tardes, yo tengo un plotter similar, saque el cabezal para darle mantenimiento porque una tinta de mala calidad estaba afectando su funcionamiento, lo limpie con una maquina de ultrasonido y una solucion de limpieza los 6 canales me daban perfectamente la cortina de impresion, asi que lo puse, pero al momento de encender y hacer limpieza me arrojo ERROR 16, remplace los cables de 29 PINS por unos nuevos y me sigio dando error 16, el cabezal tiene apenas 1 mes de haberse instalado

Create an ICC profile for the inks and film you using, that will fix it.

Don't confuse the xp600 printhead with the xp-600 printer, is not the same. With a dual head using xp600 heads you can print around 20+ dtf transfers in 1 hour, each 11x11 design can take around 2:30 minutes.
