I need to provide an access for maintenance purposes around a partly in the ground SPA 4 x 2 M wit an 850 surround access provided by a easily removable decking the depth will be approx 750mm deep my questions are 1 what is the max distance distance between joists given the bearers 50 x200mmx5.64M 2 What is the thickness and width and max length of the composite 3 What is the height of the joists I really want to use your product as it has a bel rating of 29 can you help me

It does NOT work well. I just bought a house with this exact deck set up over a room and the room below has extensive water and mold due to the standing water on the deck due to poor drainage. The ceiling caved in and there’s no way to do any maintenance or fix any issues due to deck built right on top. Seller hid damage and now it’s costing thousands to fix.
