For what it's worth, she's not facing 8 felonies anymore. She's currently facing 21 felonies: The original 8x Threaten with intent to terrorize is now 11x - maximum sentence is 3 years $10k fine each 2x Attempted threaten with intent to terrorize - I think max 1.5 yr $5k fine (half the other one) 8x Threaten/ETC certain state officials/judges/etc - max also 3 years assuming the other convictions, but would drop to misdemeanor if that was all that was convicted and if she's never done anything else before, so if this was her first conviction. So as of now, up to 45 years maximum for what she did.

I'd be genuinely surprised if they stick her in prison. Even felony convictions don't guarantee prison time anymore. With a good lawyer I would almost guarantee that it'll be a much shorter list of charges she'll be brought up on, and serve less than 3 years in total if any time at all. A lot of time with this crap they just paint the person as mentally unstable and she'll have some therapy/anger management classes and be told not to do it again/
