Just bought a pair of these sunglasses. Since,they discontinued the Fast Jacket sunglasses your choices for new lenses and other stuff like earsocks are getting fewer choices to pick from and I loved the switch lock technology so I got pair of these today. I really like them but I did like how you changed lenses on Fast Jackets alot better. you could change them and alot of times wouldn't even have to clean grease of lenses. Still if anyone is looking for great lightweight sturdy sunglasses these are something you should buy. They are not the cheapest priced Oakleys but they are great. I wish they had made these when I was younger and played baseball cause these especially polarized lenses are very clear and block out sun. Fast Jackets were best pair I've ever owned but I think I will like these Radar locks just ad much after I get used to them. Thanks for the video cause I actually forgot to ask the salesman at the Oakley Vault store in Sevierville how to change the lenses out.

I think it needs to be said that when you push back the lock and close the arm, make sure you push the arm closed a little more than usual. This opens the temple covering that releases the lens. Though I may have a newer/older pair than what you've got in the video so maybe that's why? It took me about 5 minutes to figure out why my lens wouldn't release even after following your instructions. With that said, thank you, this video was very helpful and you get a thumbs up my friend.

Thank you for your feedback, Michael! There are always some nuances that are hard to show in a video and there are also ways that a frame may differ given - as you said - age on the frame. Certainly you are not the only one to have this experience, so thank you again!

I've got a pair of radarlock and radar ev, love em, changing lens, nose piece and ear socks is easy. The key to lens changing is squeezing the nose piece and moving it back. Eazy peazy japanezy!

Thanks for your video. I bought a pair of Radarlocks right after Christmas and didnt ask how to change lenses at Oakley Vault in Sevierville. I got these to take place of my Oakley Fast Jackets which in my opinion are a whole lot easier to change lenses on them. I like switch lock concept better on them but for some reason Oakley decided to discontinue them so getting Xtra lenses and stuff is harder they don't make as much as they did before. I love how the Radarlocks look and feel to wear my only issue is changing the lenses. I'm sure it will get easier after I have done it a few times it's just awkward now. Again thanks for easy to follow video and if anyone is on fence if they going to buy a pair or not I think they are great sunglasses. I would get polarized lenses. I got 1 pair polarized and 1 not Ice Iridium blue isn't. still sweet

The frame that he is using in the video is the Radarlock Pitch. The XL is on the frame stand sitting in the middle (white frame, green lenses). Hope that helps!

Hi i have just bought Oakley Sunglasses Men's Radarlock XL Polished White Frame OO9170-01 and was wondering are there compatible frames from other models such as the path ETC ? The seller had no paths in stock so i settled for the Radarlck xl . Would it be possible to use the Path lenses in my Radarlock xl frames as i don`t like the vents in the lenses. sorry mate, the instructions are not clear. you do not "press" the button, you slide it back towards the arm, then pivot the arm towards the lens. pressing will break the frame.
