How to interpret pentacam CT series 4

On 21st June 2020 when there was a partial solar eclipse in my region . And that time I was out but I didn't even look at the solar eclipse but I might have accidentally looked at it reflection on my phone's screen for a second or less . After a fuel hours I got headache eye soreness, Photosenstivity and I started seeing afterimages but One day after the inciting event the symptoms persist but there was no blind spot or colour decreased and vision was Clear , And just Words on a digital screen Appeared slightly Doubled . Now More than a Month has passed and most of my symptoms have improved , I just see after images when i Look at a thing and Look away , Bit like pallinopsia . And a Little Photosenstivity which has also improved . Was it really solar retinpathy , Or something else or It could be A Mild solar retinopathy . Can you tell me,Will I fully recover .
