It should be introduce gradually like once or twice a week initially in PM routine only. Then you can increase it to thrice then 4 tikes then daily. Use a good moisturizer afterwards. Compulsory to use sunscreen in day time.

Guys please don’t use this if your a beginner. I had intense peeling of the skin and damaged barrier when I went to a dermatologist and told her about this she was like 0.1 percent is too much for beginner especially when you have dry skin. So I just want to tell atleast for a potent molecule like retinol or tretinoin please don’t go by influencers do consult your dermatologist who will prescribe according to your skin and of course their experience. I even now can’t even forget that day when my skin on cheeks had peeled up and extremely damaged. It takes weeks to months to recover so do think twice when using this powerful actives.
