Hey Mark can you do a video on some of the best ways to get going after the labour budget if anything has changed around property with the new renters right and taxes? I think HMO, and Serviced accomodation look like the best plays going forward.

Great strategy as always! Would you consider doing a video on starter hmo investments? There’s a lot of hype and dodgy advice on KZbin. By “starter” lets say an hmo costing circa £300k so clearly not in London. For me the blocker with hmos has been distance, management and tenant profile.

I know the U.K. for me the learning curve is steep in property and all my mistakes of the past tell me that I’m personally best off sticking with what I know!
