My good friend, using dollars or pounds to invest in Nigeria Naira is suicidal, there is no prospect that the Naira will appreciate in the next 10 to 15 years. Property values raised everywhere ( Uk , USA , all European countries) even in Nigeria. But inflation and lack of purchasing power by average Nigerians is a big risk. I am not saying , that people should not invest in property in Nigeria, but if you do be prepared for a lot of challenges. I have invested in a property in Nigeria. And I also have investments properties in Uk. I am sure you will disagree with me, you are a property agent, you have vested interests.

It's understandable if you don't see the benefits, just as investing in real estate here has its challenges, the same applies in other countries too, its not like UK real estate is paradise either, the mortgage interest rates was increased over there too, which increased monthly repayments, the brexit and the recession is also there, i research global economics, so i look beyond what's happening in Nigeria. with 1k to 5k pounds, you can play around in our real estate industry here, which real estate opportunity can you play with in UK with 1k pounds, it's a higher entry market there compared to here. And if you see me as an agent, I'm sorry, then you don't even know me at all
