I bought into Isimi at the pre launch stage for about 10million. I am not in a rush to build or live there for now anyway. I don’t think anyone will buy at this current price😅. I am glad that I have gotten my physical allocation and survey document. So, I am thinking about when to start building.

This Dec, I am suspecting their will be some buzz and rush for Isimi once again, I feel Landwey still has their magic. With Landwey on site, in no time those that their plots are allocated, would gradually start taking possession

Can you say when the airport starts, ayetoro scheme will be more expensive than Idera scheme?
@meetthepropertyguy31564 күн бұрын
Simply my own prediction, ayetoro is much closer to the proposed airport than Idera. Idera however will enjoy a direct interchange to coastal road, but with the airport ongoing or active, I predict there will be more buzz around ayetoro scheme than around Idera scheme

Good concept but Nigeria real estate don’t work that way my own opinion,I bought itunu residential in 2021 for 25m when dollar was like 400 to 600 ,which is like 45k$ but today,45$k is about 70m but the real estate ,didn’t match in increasement to dollar rate today
@meetthepropertyguy31567 күн бұрын
Firstly, the dollar rates from 2018 till date is abnormal, from 2008 to around 2014, the entire 6yrs, the increase in exchange rate was not up to 100 naira. What's happening in the exchange rate is not standard, neither is it normal, and definitely it's not predictable, will dollar go double in the next 5yrs or remain the same, we can't say. Will real estate go up within the next 5yrs, it is certain, we shouldn't use an unpredictable, abnormal exchange rate to determine real estate performance. Just 20yrs ago is 2004, if you bought a 100 dollar (maybe N20k or N40k) land in Nigeria in 2004, regardless of the exchange rate, even if that land today is N5m, that's still like 3k+ USD. Just leave your land, you can't control exchange rate but you can control the urge to sell

I love your boldness to come out and say this, though you gonna step on many feets who had invested tru same landbanking with u hearing this but is the hard truth they needed be aware of. As you know me n we do talk, many realtor dont educate their client they only use all those yeye proximity and landmark to sell fro percentage sake. Landbanking is a good and great model, it is a long time investment, noit a cashflow model, not easily liquidify, is a way of building generational wealth and retaining such wealth, not an overnight get rich scheme. Now you see the model i adopted and applied in my own Landbanking business cos i forsee all these years back despite not on ground in Nigeria!!! I still maintain Landbanking is the best n easy to enter just how those yeye realtor hype the areas using landbanking...Money dont grow on ur Land, you grow money on ur land....Why will i go buy 3m a plot in Epe laying idle for years when i can use same 3m to buy 2acres of farmalnd in other state, to lease out to farmers get early return even if token or i even farm on it..Once again i love ur boldness to stand up for this truth!!! Better to wait on acres of farmland been used by farmer than a plots up and down laying idle!!! Kudos Bro!!!! Agro-Real Estate is the way!!!!! Oga mi ooooooo

Thank you for sharing your thoughts on Isimi Lagos. Isimi Epe by Landwey was indeed launched as a groundbreaking project, with its unique design, price tag, and eco-friendly features redefining luxury living in Lagos. Over the past three years, significant progress has been made. For instance, we’ve had people staying at Isimi Lagos every weekend for the past three months, at a rate of 6 million naira per weekend, highlighting the growing demand for this exclusive experience. Moreover, work continues on the project every single day, and I personally witness the development progress every weekend, having done so for the past six months and counting. In addition, we are proud to announce that we will be hosting the Governorship Polo Tournament at Isimi Lagos this December, further demonstrating the estate’s growing recognition as a luxury destination. To anyone questioning the credibility or progress of Isimi Lagos, I’d be more than happy to invite you for a tour of the site, or you can explore our Instagram page [ instagram.com/isimilagos ] to see updates firsthand. We’re committed to delivering a world-class estate, and the vision of Isimi Lagos being fully realized by 2030 remains strong. We appreciate your concerns and will continue to provide transparency as we work towards delivering on our promises. [

@@naijaman1 who booked the dwelling?, I still passed isimi this Thursday, and yes I agree there are works being done inside which we don’t see, but as at today, nobody can stay a night in Isimi. Moreso, my conclusion is the project got stuck, which means they are not going at the pace they should, I didn’t say abandoned nor failed. Thank you for your thoughtful response! We're glad to hear you're happy with the progress of Isimi Lagos. Indeed, the polo turf will be ready for the first match by December, and it's exciting to see that the dwellings are fully booked. We appreciate your suggestion for others to visit the site firsthand-seeing the work and experiencing the exclusivity of Isimi Lagos speaks volumes.
