Note that the free 10 stocks from Moomoo are obtained through a 'roulette' system ranging from $3 stocks to your big stocks of tesla or apple. Not guaranteed to get the big boys.

Which broker do you use?
@BryanInvest
@BryanInvest 5 ай бұрын
@@ranz6646 Combination of Moomoo, Stake, and Webull. I have accounts opened in basically every Broker in Australia so I can test them and shares in older brokers like Commsec and SelfWealth which I've been too lazy to transfer over. So there may be some shares here and there.

I remember when I just got into crypto back in 2019 but later in 2020 I ended up selling it because I was dumb and I didn't understand it. I studied and learned and now I know how it works. Got back into crypto early in 2023 with 10k and I’m up with 128k in a short period of time..

Burger! Would be nice to see a video going a bit more in depth on some of the parameters that can help us research specific stocks / ETFs. I'm thinking things like: volume, alpha, beta, NAV. I am a CommSec user and keen to learn more about the stock market, and while I've learned a lot over the past while, the amount of information can still be overwhelming.

If I get obtain my investment portfolio and have bought my ETF shares, do I need to constantly look daily and re invest daily or do I own it forever until/if I want to sell? or is it a set it and forget it method if I set up a DRP plan? this may sound confusing the way I have worded it

I would LOVE to know the best way to use equity in my home to buy shares, not property. Buying shares instead of property gives you better control on how you can service the loan (repayments), as buying property means you have to buy something that's around $1m and servicing that loan can be challenging. With shares, you can choose how much equity you feel comfortable servicing the loan repayments. So, instead of the pain in servicing an additional $1m loan for a property that you can use your equity to buy, why not use less equity to service a smaller loan like $300k which would be far easier to repay per month. Thanks for the great videos!!
@BryanInvest
@BryanInvest 8 ай бұрын
Hey Ken, I actually cover this in this video about debt recycling. Basically you can use part of your home equity to apply for a new investment loan which you can use to buy shares. And if these shares are incoming producing (pay dividends) then you can claim a tax deduction on the interest you pay for that loan. Here's the video: kzbin.info/www/bejne/oXW4e2VpgK6VkKs

Hi Bryan I have been following you since a month or two. I am doing my research to start investing in ETF. I can't find any video of yours to explain that should I go for broker like stake or go directly to vanguard site and buy their ETF? What are the pros n cons to that, using broker or buying ETF directly.
@BryanInvest
@BryanInvest 8 ай бұрын
Hey mate, well you can use this video as a guide on why you should go for an online broker. Vanguard Personal Investor is very biased towards Vanguard products only. So the fees are more expensive if you want to invest in non-Vanguard stocks/ETFs. Plus it is no chess sponsored. The choice is clear in my opinion.

It depends on if you’re using a chess sponsored broker. If you are then all shares you buy from the broker will be chess sponsored. With Moomoo, it should default to chess sponsorship for any new accounts. If you were already a moomoo customer and don’t have a chess accouny, you can easily apply for one within a few minutes.

Awesome video as always! Clear and easy to understand. Australia needs more videos really like this. Why do you think some of the broker out there have waay more higher fee such as commbank’s? Is moomoo legit despite CHESS sponsored?
@BryanInvest
@BryanInvest 8 ай бұрын
Thanks for the nice comment! I'm glad you find the video helpful. Moomoo has all the security measures in place to as safe and legit as any chess sponsored broker in Australia. Worse case scenario, if it goes bankrupt, your shares are under your name and you will be able to transfer it to another broker. The reason the other brokers like Commsec can charge higher is because they are established and already have the trust of the Australian public so they can charge a premium for essentially the same service. People are willing to pay more for companies they trust. It's kind of like how ING/Ubank pays a high interest rate but CBA/NAB can still offer a relatively low interest rate and people would still sign up since it's a big 4 (trusted) bank.

Its been a year since I started researching about investing and for a year I have been paralysed, meaning I didn’t start investing at all because of the fear of losing my money if the company that I bought stocks from would collapse and then I stumbled upon ETF’s! I didn’t know that this basket of stocks do exist and they exist for a long time now. So stupid of me I think. But upon learning a bit about it, I stopped the analysis paralysis and bought the nasdaq 100 etf. Now im seeing a lot of ads to subscribe to them and that they will give tips which ones to buy. Do I really need those when my plan is to invest in US, Aussie and bitcoin etfs? Thank you and more power

As an investment enthusiast, I often wonder how top level investors are able to become financially stable, I do have a significant amount of capital that is required to start up but I have no idea what strategies and direction I need to approach to help me make over $400k like some people are this season.

I believe the safest approach is to diversify investments especially under professional; guide. You can mitigate the effects of a market meltdown by diversifying their investments across different asset classes such as stocks, ETFs etc It is important to seek the advice of an expert.

On the contrary, even if you’re not skilled, it is still possible to hire one. I am a project manager and my personal port-folio of approximately $750k took a big hit in April due to the crash. I quickly got in touch with a financial-planner that devised a defensive strategy to protect and profit from my port-folio this red season. I’ve made over $350k since then

Due to the market falls, I need advice on how to rebuild my portfolio and develop more successful tactics. Where can I find this financial planner?

‘Grace Adams Cook’ is the licensed advisor I use. Just research the name, you’d find necessary details to work with a correspondence to set up an appointment.

Thank you for sharing, I must say, She appears to be quite knowledgeable. After coming across her web page, I went through her resume and it was quite impressive.
