how big are the lots, do you have different sizes for single/double wides with different prices? I'm demolishing a structure in a 1/3 acre and doing mobile home park. It's a low income area. I don't want to crowd the space. I'm happy with fitting 4-6 homes with some extra patio spacing. do you do multi year agreements? I have so many more questions that this video doesn't give answers to...

I believe it was mentioned that IF the homes are not owned by the tenant.. it can immediately be sold to the tenant. The tenant would pay towards the home with monthly interest included.

I just dont like the idea of having to deal with seedy tenants. Do you think this is a false stereotype of mobile home parks?? . I am looking at one in a good location , but has all older mobile homes,, run down..

The older ones of the better constructed ones! The newer ones are much lighter. So if you buy just make sure that you take it upon yourself to have your maintenance guy go over there and clean off their decks their outside skirts and possibly spray the outside of their units either for free or for a very small fee. That way you'll keep the mobile home park looking very nice and well-kept and you'll attract more tenants! The new tenants will like you so when you go to raise their rent 6 months later they're going to be less inclined to complain because they all know they can't move

Man it's called subleasing ! This dude done even know the verbage B.S ! I'm a mobile home investor and a park investor and this dude don't even know how many mobiles can be put on a acre of land 🤣🤣🤣 no way would I do business with him ! He don't even know wth he is talking about!
