My son did his first deal when he was 7. I home schooled him and he would come with me to meet the vendors. Talking about stacking deals etc enabled him to learn maths at the same time.

Hi everyone and thank you for watching Judes video. Some people think they can not invest in property because they have no money. Would anybody have loaned Jude the £ 92,000 he needed to create this lovely property in exchange for 1. 8% interest a year 2. first charge security on the property until his company remortgages it and pays you back with interest. If the project took 6 months your interest on your investment would be £ 3,680 if it took a year £ 7,340. He will get all the money back out but if for any reason he did not when he mortgaged you would get 100% of mortgage and you would keep 100% of rent profit until you had all your money back. Obviously you can not actually do that as he does not need your money. I would be very interested in 1. Do you think this would be a fair deal? 2. Is 8% on cash a good return these days? 3. Would this be a pretty secure investment? 4. Would you like the idea of ​​earning money and helping the UK housing crisis by providing a wonderful 4 bed home for a family? 5. If you had been presented with this opportunity and you had the cash sitting earning nothing in the bank would you potentially have wanted to invest? Thanks in advance. Paul

Never too old! Jude is 15 now... I know many people that started property investing in their 60's, some in their 70's and a few in their 80's... Good luck.
