When I first stumbled on to Bigger Pockets and the podcasts with Brandon and Josh, I immediately appreciated the dynamic between the two. It was clear to me, even then, that although Josh had the vision to start the company, Brandon was a tremendous catalyst, the engine that made things go. When Josh transitioned away from doing the podcasts, I was mildly disappointed because I had grown fond of the banter between him and Brandon. Almost like Josh was a less funny, more awkward Yoda to Brandon's upbeat, ambitious and charismatic Luke Skywalker. I still appreciate the Josh and Brandon tandem, but really feel they made the right move by giving the vacant chair left by Josh to David- He has that great balance of knowledge and non-awkward humor :^)

I was managing a small trailer park in a beautiful area and rented out my 25 yr old rv without hot water or electricity. There were showers next to it and I had an extension cord and solar or battery lights. I was booked solid! Didn’t get one bad review! Made great friends and a lot of money, plus people got to experience a wonderful location. I filled it full of cute, useful things, homemade quilts, etc. I cleaned a lot! But made more with that than my management position!

Ok.... guys, love the podcast, been a fan for a long time and I am very happy for you that you are so successful.... Just a reminder to you giddy wealthy people. 😜 Your joking around and interrupting salient points to make a joke makes this almost unwatchable to the hard working, time managing person trying to make things happen for themselves. I’m pretty sure that is your target market. Have fun, but seriously.... let’s get the show on the road. Sadly, the amount of joking around kinda makes it seem like the message is as important as it used to be. Just my opinion. TIFWIW

Most newbies usually undermine and neglect the importance of technical analysis with regards to trading. technical analysis overly predicted the movement of assets price regardless of what is happening in wider and broad market. Essentially, the procedure involves studying the the paths of particular asset movement in the past so as to establish a sustainable pattern that can be used to learn future movement of an asset. Doing technical analysis can be quiet different which is why newbies/traders neglect day trading their coin and stick to holding which is very dangerous as when the market goes bearish, advice any newbies to buy the dip for traders who are still wondering to enter the market or old time traders who are holders to seek help from not just any traders but an establish trading expert with at least 96% trade accuracy. I underwent series of trading losses I'd best not talk about before I was introduced to analyst Mr Barry silbert. My contact with him has been the pinnacle of the year for me. Under his careful guide and his signal service I've been able to recover my losses and even grow my trading portfolio massively from 1.6 BTC to 7 BTC in just 5 weeks. I will advice traders esp newbies to have orientation on trading before they involve in it. Mr Barry makes you learn daily while you make profit with his signal. he can be contacted w,h,a,t,s,a,p,p,(+1 720 623 5469)

Merriam-Webster: “There is a debate about how you are supposed to pronounce niche. There are two common pronunciation variants, both of which are currently considered correct: \NEESH\ (rhymes with sheesh) and \NICH\ (rhymes with pitch). \NICH\ is the more common one and the older of the two pronunciations. It is the only pronunciation given for the word in all English dictionaries until the 20th century, when \NEESH\ was first listed as a pronunciation variant in Daniel Jones's English Pronouncing Dictionary (1917). \NEESH\ wasn’t listed as a pronunciation in our dictionaries until our 1961 Webster’s Third New International Dictionary, Unabridged”
