I bought 64 swiggy shares at INR 500 a month back and now it is trading around 420, investing in unlisted shares is not for everyone, Now I am planning to sell those at losses and will stay away from grey market, selling unlisted shares is also a big task. Hopefully I will be able to sell it or else 6months after listing it might go down till 200 or even less. Video should have covered how to sell unlisted shares.

This is the problem people buy unlisted stocks when news floats and buy only for listing gains. Take these stocks just like any other listed stocks which you can hold for 2-3 years.

@@ankitverma0415 Lesson learned, the problem with unlisted is selling it is not as simple as buying, which I was not aware while buying. Even after listing I don't know what should one do to make them appear in their portfolio. My takeaways are to stay away from unlisted market untill there are some major changes in this regard. As far as my losses are concerned its nothing alarming only around ₹5k, I can avg it but I know better than that i.e sell and enter once it is listed.
