I had a very bitter experience with Policy Bazaar recently. I took my parents’ insurance in April. I chose a plan as suggested and insisted by Policy Bazaar advisor and he made me pay for 3 years in advance. Once the full payment was done, they cancelled my policy saying that my mother is diabetic. The diabetes is something I have always be declaring at every single form and still they asked me to complete the payment Now it’s been 2 months and I am chasing them for my refund. They blocked my 1.2 Lakhs for 2 months due to which I couldn’t take any other policy too. I used to trust them a lot but now I can say, DO NOT TRUST POLICY BAZAAR

Rachana - did you just visit my mind to get the idea of this video ? I always believed that we can invest with the smallest amount of money and I started my journey with RD's n FD's. Over the years with their maturity hv had International n Doemstic trips, purchased my diamond jewelry as well...... as u rightly said encouraging someone to start their financial investment journey gives a different pleasure is so true. I encouraged my nephew to start creating his own wealth and he immediately said yes.. he gave me his Bday gift money a princly sum of Rs. 5000 to which I hv added the same amt and hv invested it in a good company stock...... Your videos are super understandable and your presentation excellent. Most resources give vague instructions without making the newbie understand how things really work. Retired and I have a couple dividend stocks, I am going to sit back and observe how this all plays out, adding more at a time. Now you gotta rely on a pretty good diversification if you must stay green. Currently up 12% and being cautious. Still better deal than letting it sit in savings or checking earning near 0-1% interest.

*First should be EARNING from a skill,profession..(teaching,art&craft,sports,selling, etc) *2nd should be saving after your expenses. *3rd Should be using that saving to your use. This can be true and false both. But if we or few of us being so internet savvy, referring to social media and KZbin investing is easy for us. But I have seen many of my friends, relatives who started working just now are so into investing by referring videos which is good but they are forgetting basics which Rachana told that emergency fund and insurance. There are avenues like Insurance, PPF and NPS which are good. One can have these as some kind of secured and then definitely continue investing I'm equity, MF etc. The approach to investment is important. But one thing even I feel difficult is among our daily life where have job, meetings, attending kids, taking out time for exercise we hardly get time to study these analysis and make good choice for investment. I tried taking paid subscription of this YouTibe channel but no point of we are not getting time to watch them. So we need to find right consultant who can advice us on on what and where to invest. Coming to SIP MF is something we can do as it's not so difficult comparing to putting money directly into shares.

I bought THERMAX at 2290 in 13th April 2022.I sold THERMAX at 1970 in 24th May 2022. I booked more than 15% capital loss within 1 month time span in this particular stock - THERMAX. Hi, thanks for such good videos.... , Have just few points . 1. I have Emergency Fund , 2. I have both health and life insurance, 3. I have funds which I want to invest, 4. I am consistent. I have NPS but I don't want to invest in SIP or index funds. How to be consistent in investing in stocks with out the use of SIP and index funds ? This is what I am a bit confused. I do some of fundamental analysis of stocks also. But how to be consistent when markets are volatile. If possible if you could help me out with this. it will be a great help.

Investing in stocks is a full time job. As you are not interested in SIP and Index fund though its a best way to create wealth and earn in crores. I understand human minds are creative and can not accept a easy way to become crorepati where you have to do nothing. My suggestion is just invest in index fund and forget. So lets make life complex. To invest directly in stocks you need a special kind of knowledge. I can share some of my knowledge with you. First identify a quality stock. How do you identify. Check its ROCE (Return on capital employed). If ROCE is more than 15% then I consider its a quality stock. 2nd I need that quality stock at a reasonable valuation. What is the parameter for that. I need to check its earnings yield. Earnings yield= Earnings per share (EPS)/ Current market price. Where you will get EPS. Look for annual reports. Every company mentioned EPS. Take that value and divide by the price at which you are going to buy and multiply by 100 you will get the percentage. If earnings yield is more than 10%, that means you can expect 10% earnings in future years too. If a company can generate good earnings every year traders will increase the price. Please check results of every quarter to check the earnings. Suppose after a lot of research you found a quality stock at a fair value, then you check other parameter Price to book value, it should be below 2, then check Current ration, it should be above 2, then check how companies sales are increasing. If sales are increasing at 15% every year, then its good to go. Check its dividend yield>0, Check the debt to equity ratio it should be near to 0, Check the market capital. Don't go for companies market capital below 100 cr. If you can track at least all these things mentioned above you will be consistent in stock market. I hope I have cleared all your confusion. In volatile market you will get a reasonable valuation of stocks because price is good when market falls so go and check other parameters like ROCE for quality and invest. Hope i have not make your life complex. As i cant explain many things here i tried to make it short and crisp.

*First should be EARNING from a skill,profession..(teaching,art&craft,sports,selling, etc) *2nd should be saving after your expenses. *3rd Should be using that saving to your use. Education,work related things, anything that will improve your earnings capacity *4th should be dividing your saving into 3-4 part and putting a very small amount in equity and good amount in FD&RD and other part in other things gold..house etc.. Most important is a income source...nobody is talking about that...i mean a profession..... Investing.... investing...investing
