The only difference I notice from my files that are different is that my atmosphere file has 6 items instead of 11 and boot loader has 3 items instead of 7. Could this be the issue? And how would I fix it because I used the link and steps you did but I ended up with less items on those two folders. Only difference is that I’m using Hecate 6.2.2

Make sure the bootloader and atmosphere folder are on the root of the sd card

You won't lose your jailbreak, but you need to inject the payload after every complete shutdown.
