Ok, so here's the thing. I got inspired like 20 minutes ago and decided I wanted to learn the Jerk. I should mention that I just turned 36 the other day. I stumbled upon your video (and, might I add, I love you "spunk" ... I'm 36 now, we use those words) So, I was doing a great job with that reverse running man thing. Better than I had thought I was gonna do, honestly. I even did ok with the whole, "put your foot snug behind your knee bend" thing. Not too bad until I felt that hip joint starting to cramp. I should also mention that I am by zero means "in shape". But then..... Then you did that drop thing. And my conscience said, "No. Just...Just no." .... I'm feeling pretty stellar about my backwards running man thing though.
