Have never had an experience like that. If you like catching striped bass, Tommy can put you on them and you will love the fight

Another Great video Michael. I want to fish this lake since i live in Bristol Va, but it's a bit far. Michael, You would have loved the 1980s in southern California when the stripers were just out of control, every impoundment had monsters, lake Silverwood, Lake Pyramid San Luis reservoir, and the Sacramento River Delta. It was 8 years of madness. Then in the 1990s it switched over to the colorado river. Under the dams there. I followed those fish all over the country. Then the bite got hot in Montauk and Long island, Cape Cod and the Chesapeake bay. The good old days. You need to do a Oct trip to Montauk. You'll never be the same. You'll see maniacs in wet suits with $1000 van staals and lamiglas rods and $400 VS pliers. It's nuts. Lol. Keep up the great videos

Great video! What area of the lake were you in? What lures were you using? How fast were you trolling? It would be nice to link these or shoot me a pm. I live at the lake and would like to get deeper into jigging and spoons! He’s a great guide and you’re a great vlogger!

Thanks, not 100% sure what part of the lake we were fishing. Only my second time visiting. Feels like we covered a lot of water. I think we’re going around 3 mph trolling and I have no idea what type of spoons we were using other than they were 2 to 3 inches long and very heavy.

What was the name of the metal jigs you were using?
