Journaling is very assistive. Over the last 18 months, I have used voice-to-text transcription that then puts it via an LLM prompt to auto-structure and analysis. Which then go to Notion, which then Notion AI provides deeper analysis.

Really interesting! I currently have a randomised table that picks out one journal prompt a day and it's not working, your template idea sounds much better! One thing I might suggest though, is the date setting. Instead of one setting to pick out the date, and another to change it, simply set the templates to "today" and then you can alter it in one property if it's not correct.

Well, that was surprisingly helpful! And I say surprisingly because usually I don't stick around to watch an entire video on Notion as it confuses the hell out of me. But I do enjoyed this one. I also "clicked on your face". Great content!

I can’t wait until Apple’s Journal comes to iPad. I’m on 18 months consecutive and ongoing. In the beginning, prompts helped ALOT!

yes - it calculates if it's the created date, or it's been updated by the manual date set column :)

I love writing on paper, I also tried the iPad but seems not really enjoyable using the Apple Pencil. I tried a paper like. Maybe another brand makes a difference? You hear tapping and it feels rough writing on the iPad.

It gets quite messy after some time because it's not structured. If you just want to log things in multiple places then Microsoft developed Word and Excel long back.
