She is taking about the Tarachakara/Navtara concept . The Vimshottari Dasha starts from Janma 2nd Sampat and so on. The 1 st /3/5/7 the Dasha Will give problems. To know where the problems arises we should see their star if 3rd Dasha lord ( Vipat) is in star of Sun . We should know what role sun has in the chart if it 10th Lord then problems will be in 10th house aspects can be Job , fame ,honour etc . If Dasha is Vipat and Antardasha is Vipat then more problems can be expected. Explanation is too fast can be done in a slow manner anyway it is given free so you should not expect much if you don't like move away that's it.
