Is n-box the same as slow shuffle? Ive seen videos of the slow shuffle and it looks similar.

I thought this too until recently when I accidentally learned how to do inverted box catch on one side, and I realized N box is just box with one side inverted , where slow shuffle is slamming over a 3 … I could be mistaken, im pretty new to juggling
