I have a German Shepherd in my 1 bedroom apartment. He’s older and has some back problems so he’s not a high energy dog. I live across the street from a dog park and even when I take him there he prefers to people watch rather than play with the dogs. But I do schedule in to walk him 3x a day. He doesn’t really seem to mind the small apartment and spends most of his day sleeping on his bed anyway.

The size of the house doesn’t really matter as long as it’s getting a lot of exercise
