Hi Charles, CONGRATULATIONS on becoming a Beekeeper! My name is Chuck and I am one of Flow's U.S. Ambassadors, I live in SE Arizona. I kept bees and harvested honey the traditional way for over 20 years with all the HARD work traditional honey harvesting involved. I stopped keeping bees for about 10 years until I discovered the Flow Hive in 2018, purchased my 1st Flow Hive in 2019. I Now have 6 Flow Hives. And I am a Beekeeper Again, I love it! My Apiary is in my backyard about 150 feet from the house. I Really love the fact that I no longer have to do all that Hard work and upsetting the bees when I harvest honey from my Flow Hives. From the video it looks like you get a good workout just getting to your bees on the roof. 😃 Again, congratulations on becoming a Flow Beekeeper and I would like to wish you continued success with your bees! I am a rooftop beekeeper at the New Jersey Shore. I currently manage 7 colonies but they are not Flow Hives. There are multiple and diverse sources of nectar being collected for the girls to make honey. Rooftop beekeeping is challenging, but the pros certainly outweigh the cons. 👍👍

This company does NOT stand behind their overpriced product. My son gifted me paying over THOUSAND DOLLARS knowing that I watched their videos for several years. My 7 frame Cedar Flow Hive 2 fell apart within few days of MILD South New Jersey USA in May of 22. This company treated me like a stupid idiot and NOT replaced the over priced broken items.

Replacement parts were offered and we recently emailed you but had no reply "We are really eager to rectify this situation for you and have already let you know we're happy to send a replacement full brood box and complete roof." it seems you have not been getting quite a few of our emails and there has also been discussion with you in regards to this. -Kieran
