Yes , but only if your braids need moisture and are dry. So if you’ve had braids in for a while and they’re feeling a bit dry, you can feel free to apply oil 🙌🏾

You can shower with it but dont let the water run on it or your scalp in general. Most people ive seen on yt use a spray bottle, i personally just sprinkle water from my hand while in the shower

I would say slow down wearing it I wore a hat everyday and my hair got real dry and started falling out in those areas. For not getting the right moisture and sunlight .
