Welcome to my garden! Today, I only had a few hours to get out and get some maintenance done in my yard. I decided to tackle one of my sidewalks where the rocks kept falling into the walkway. Using the Victorian Trench Method is so easy and makes such a difference! Enjoy!

for the weeds on the right side or any new ones that pop up, id recommend just using a garden torch. i use it for my gravel and flagstone paths and gravel areas in my rock garden, works really well and your able to burn the weeds and wash the ashes down and not disturb the soil which can make more weeds. its good for the soil , easy and doesnt leave scorch marks. if you dont care about using poisons they make the weeds wilt and burn up almost instantly. but iv just been using the torch alone and works great

My problem is the rock is on a hill, sloping down to the sidewalk. So it’s always overflowing and I’m about to put some “Free rocks” signs out haha. Nice solution though
