😀I adore these Tip Tuesday videos! You are the best ‘healthy hair coach’ Sis❤️ One of the most helpful suggestions I’ve learned from you is to shower without a shower cap, my hair gets to bathe in steam (moisture) every day and my strands 😊 Thx you so very much for sharing🙏🏽🌹

Thank you, you give so many good tips! I have different hair (more like 2c/3a) and live in Eastern Europe, so over here we can't really get our hands on many products that are mentioned by people from western countries. But I can use so much information from videos like yours and try to work with what I've got available. It's so great you make videos with so much of like, hair science content which can be applied by people from all over the world. Never thought of protein that way before so will be definitely experimenting with that one. So thanks so much again

You have now become my new hair guru! Concise, informative and knowledgeable. What more can a low porosity girl ask for. Thank you and I look forward to your next video whatever it is.

I agree with all of your tips, very good information. I wear my hair out as well and trim my ends monthly. I like healthy hair and don’t care about length. Shampooing and conditioning is absolutely the most important for the health of our hair.

My best tip for keeping hair moisturized is to wet your hair (doesn't have to be downing your hair in water) but wetting your hair daily. If my hair is very moisturized I just do a light spritz of water and/or my favorite spray leave in. P.S. Your ends get drier than any other part especially if you have them exposed, use a milk or something to moisturize them after a few days, or whenever necessary.

Hydration is definitely key! Should be there before sealing it in with a moisturized leave-in, I completely agree. Moisturizing your hair on the 3rd day is what I learned from you and it has made SUCH a difference. Love Tip Tuesdays!

Good talk sis! Oyin Hair Dew and Texture ID are two of my fave products. I am 4b/4c and I wash my hair a minimum 2 times a week. Starting in August, I am going to water "wash" daily for a month of intense hydration and seal with Hair Dew or Texture ID leave-in spray.

Great tips! I've been rinsing my hair daily for the past 30 days & ACV rinse weekly. After each rinse I seal w/conditioner & oil. My hair has been loving this daily dose of moisture.

Took me a while into my hair journey to realize I needed to wash once a week ...for the longest I thought that washing my hair once a week was too much manipulation for my 4c strands

Do you need to deep condition after co-washing?
@ALove4Me6 жыл бұрын
Really depends on your hair and how the co-wash works.

What is your favorite tip from the video?
@1234567117516 жыл бұрын
A Love 4 Me, protein treatments is my favorite tip because I think naturals forget our hair needs some form of protein. I also use a leave in keratin product.

A Love 4 Me what is the porosity of your hair? I am just finding out after 5 years that my hair is mostly high porosity. It does make a difference in how we care for our hair, but shampooing and conditioning is still the gold standard in textured hair care and regular trims!

Would it be best to deep condition after shampooing? I'm going to use the cantu shampoo and make a diy deep conditioner with the cantu conditioner.
