How To Keep Socks Up All Day & Why Yours Are Sliding Down

I have very skinny ankles and the worst calf genetics mankind has endured since the days of old. I almost never (99% of the cases) experience socks sliding down, not even with cheap ones. Is this a blessing in disguise?

My Fort Belvedere socks are amazing! They are pricey but being able to pick your size is also a great idea. I put them on and don't have to pull them back up for the entire time I'm wearing them. I also have huge calves and they fit perfectly.

I must agree. When I went to buy a new suit the tailor asked me why in the world I was wearing a Corneliani suit with a Calvin Klein dress shirt, but not in a rude way, he was genuine perplexed. My answer was as simple as my thinking, I wear a blazer all day so why buy expensive shirts? He told me to try Eton dress shirts, and I initially balked at the price but I took his word for it when he said if I didn’t like it he would refund my money. Here we are 2 years later and I own nothing but Eton dress shirts with French cuffs. Not that anyone cares my opinion, but I can attest to this mans logic.

is it okay to wear thicker, more comfortable socks with a suit? Those usually stay in place. I understand they are not ideal for summer but we should really be wearing sandals in hot weather anyway.

Crash Bandicoot preferably you would wear thicker socks during the winter/colder days. Perhaps you should try finding socks that are made for your specific size instead of a sock that has been made for multiple shoe sizes.

I wouldn't have problem buying most of the stuff from fort belvediere. In fact, I'd very much like to buy a couple of your boutonnieres but the problem for me is that since your shop is in the us, so I'd have to pay for shipping, vat and toll witch would total for two boutonnieres or just a single pair of socks would be 107€. that in itself isnt too expensive but when im throwing away 37€ or 50% added price then its a kind of dealbraker.

I am sorry that the country you live in charges such high duties and taxes. Unfortunately, we cannot change that. Even if we sold these items in your country, we would still have to pay all of these duties and taxes plus logistics etc. So there is no way around that. However, with the volume discounts prices should be more affordable.

There really ins't anything that uncomfortable with sock garters, you just have to wear them a few times to get used to it. After awhile the feeling subsides and you don't even realize you have them on.

I appreciate your recommendations I have been hearing a lot about shirt and socks suspenders however I question just how comfortable can they really be and also it seems a bit unnecessary to add extra items to your attire when there are clearly simpler options I acknowledge that many of your colleagues feel that they are a great invention a great idea but I would have to differ it's hard to imagine wearing such an item for any extended period of time in conclusion I would much rather purchase quality over the calf socks and be comfortable at the same time as always another informative video thanks.

I don't like how you put down shirt stays. Even a Tailored shirt doesn't stay tucked in all day. And your socks will never slide down. Almost everyone says they are comfortable. I find it more uncomfortable to have my shirt untucking and socks coming down. With regards to taking a girl home, why would it turn her off. If anything it makes you more interesting, and sets you apart from every other bloke. What makes you look more like a grandpa is your muffin top shirt, and your socks falling.

Each to his own. I hate shirt stays, and will not use them and I explained my reasoning for that before. if you like them and feel comfortable with them, wear them. If you feel like they need to be promoted, just make a video about them.
