How come some have long stalk and a flat top but yet still called toadstool? Very hard to know when you are ordering online and a frag which type you wi be getting. Is there a way to know? Is this type sometimes referred to as a umbrella? They also have a tyree a palau and a japanese varieties. What is the difference and also a devis hand I have heard referred to as a sarcophyton and also a llobyophyton. I want both a wavy cup stye and a devil's hand. I hope I dont end up with a flat top and long stalk

My toadstool coral polyps have not come out seens I've brought it six month ago. Coral shrinks down at night and gets bigger in the day time seems in good condition. Just looks smooth all the time. Why is this advice please. Kind regards

Check all your water parameters, those corals like flow make sure you have it. If there is a parasite bothering him give a dip on a coral dip. Is water parameters are off, fix them adjusting to natural reef parameters

@@sarabear1007 dip the polyp lab reef dip is very good, take him out, dip dip him, and clean the base, there might be an organism digging from the bottom up. you also need to disinfect his wounds with some lugol.
