Thank you. Great video. I had not realized there was such a thing as the little fruit tree method except by accident. We live in a subdivision in Draper, Utah at 6200 feet. The house is on a .19 acre lot - not super tiny but not huge. We have over 70 trees in this small plot with 33 of the trees are fruit. We have a stellar view so we have always tried to keep the trees no taller than 8 feet for all the reasons you mention. We always notice in the summer the tall new growth that we get along the same time of the fruit growing on the tree. I was feeling the urge to trim it off straight across as you mention and so very glad I ran across your video. I was not aware that it was a good time to prune while the fruit is still on the tree. Yes we did get a lot of rain this week! You had great suggestions on how to prune to let the tree grow up or out. Thank you again. I’m heading out with the clippers now.

@@lindanoack6073Thank you for watching my video! It sounds like you have an amazing amount of fruit! I love that you discovered how to tame them on your own. The best way to garden is just to do it and figure out what works!
