I just bought 14 brand new razor sharp knives and I wanted to buy 3 new sharpener stones starting from 400 grit to 8000 grit. Each stone has a grit on 1 side and another grit on the other side. So 1 side may be white and the opposite side may be blue. Feedback on Amazon says they spray paint the colors on the stones and it comes off on your knives. Can you suggest what brand you use so I can purchase. Thanks for video you make it look so easy. I wish they’d sell an electric one at 15 degrees where it works and slide your knife through it 3 times and done instead of using stones. I hear the electric ones ruin your knives. Thanks ahead of time great video
