Just now literally about a hour ago i fell victim to this scam. Luckly for me, I realized my mistake immediately and managed to probably save some time to watch this video before they got ahold of any of my accounts. I went to this video for a guide and im thankful it even came up. Hopefully this fixed the issue, which im sure it did since so far nothing has changed. What they do is make you go to your Inspect and take data that they then use to get your cookies. They can use these cookies to enter your account. So in short, no. Clicking the link doesn't active it.

Well they can still get into your email if the dual hook/scam is strong but if Roblox then no , the har contains your cookies of roblox so just do some or all of the steps and you will be fine with roblox, as for the others just change the password of everything and use a VPN and your ip will be fine

Since I'm questionable. What happens if I changed cookies before I change my pin and password? I meant to be radio silent but I really don't know what happens if I reset my cookies. My whole process right now is to reset my pin since I have a whole ordeal with this beamer making a new pin and changing my password with it. Then after that, I'll try to reset my password (I have a verified email, have a phone number and I have bought robux so it should work) but, since cookies are literally the information for your accounts (passwords and usernames) that means that the cookie logger will have the power to scan my cookies again. you can't change the cookies. you can't ever modify it. you can only go and press settings in the 3 . tab in the upper right of google, go to settings, search cookies, press clear browsing data, there should be 2 tabs press advanced, uncheck everything and only check cookie, press clear, resetted. (note it will log you out of every website so... its best u clear it cuz it means losing like 3-4 years of friends and aka data.)

I reset my cookie, re-installed roblox (idk if re-installing roblox is necessary to get the cookie logger kicked out according to another youtuber) and sign out all other sessions. I did this like 2 or 3 weeks ago and then I woke up today seeing myself in the Log-In page, Indicating the cookie logger has still access on my account. HOW???... I log-in on my alt with ro-pro extension on to see if he ever used my account while I was asleep or anything but he didn't. It says "online 12 hours ago" when I stopped playing roblox and slept at 12 am and just decided to check my account at 12 pm today. I'm seriously going nuts. A couple days ago I got cookie logged and lost all of my robux because of my foolish mistakes to listen and follow the instructions I knew that I should have kept my roblox account more secure with account pins and my cookies refreshed but my foolishness didn’t even bother to do anything after the submission or to even think what the consequences would be. heres a tip: when you get cookie logged, and you have a pin in it your safe. by that go to your settings by pressing the 3 . in the top-right of the screen in google. press the setting button search settings, press clear browsing data, there should be 2 tabs press advanced, and there should be a cookie option. only check the cookie button and remove the other else. press clear data teh cookie is automatically invalid or sum shit but it removes your login data (not data like robux, avatar etc it self.)
