People do this for their own revenue. I know someone who participates in the Roblox black market (not compromising accounts but he has purchased them before) and it's really damn sketchy. This guy earns up to $10000 a year from USD selling Limiteds and it's crazy.

Thank you for posting this, even if it was 2 years ago. My friend got cookie/ip logged and he lost some of his really good stuff(not limiteds or whatever. He's not into that limited trading stuff) and he was pretty shocked. I also nearly got cookie logged because of my inexperience.

Sounds like a good ol' computer virus. At this point just do a clean install of your OS. There's plenty of guides online to help you out with that. Antiviruses havent really helped me in the past so just doing a complete wipe of your hard drive or ssd should do the trick.

Please stop commenting asking for help. I have disconnected myself from the Roblox community and don't really have an interest anymore. There is already a multitude of answers available here that you can read and get information from, but I simply cannot keep providing support on a video that is almost a full year old.. If you got cookie logged, please follow the below instructions: PC users: simply log out and log in (given you still have access to your account), do a secure sign out in the security tab of the settings page, and clear unnecessary extensions or sketchy downloads as well as do a full virus scan. For mobile users: You entered code into your browser or visited a sketchy site. Simply log out and into Roblox ON THE BROWSER YOU GOT LOGGED ON and you'll be fine. Just to be safe, do a secure sign out as soon as possible. If you've been comped, all your items are gone, or your password has been changed and you're actively locked out of your account. Please do not worry, there are ways to get your account back. Make a ticket to Roblox support as fast as possible. You will have to wait a very long time for a reply, so just be very patient and you will EVENTUALLY get a response. Try to provide as much proof as you can that you originally own the account, like past transactions, or email accounts. Once you regain access to your account. Request a full rollback of your items and follow the steps I posted first. And the most important thing is to learn from your mistakes, everyone makes em, but if you learn from them, it's worthwhile. Keep away from sketchy websites and be more cautious with what or who you trust. Stay safe out there!

theres only one thing ive heard of that can still work, if they have ur old password they can use something named cookie generator. it basically gives ur cookie by entering old password and username. NO NEED TO WORRY, they are super rare and only like 20 - 30 people have it

Did I get cookie logged? I bought premium and when I got my 1,000 Robux I was looking at something to buy, I reset the page and it was all gone. I went into my transactions and I saw that a private server was purchased called "EEEEE" and it was worth the exact amount of Robux I got, 1,000. I thought this was just a one-time occurrence. Secure sign out, also make sure you dont have a recurring payout on a private server as to thats ways loggers can take premium users robux every month, without them being in the account.

To the best of my knowledge, browsers don’t store payment information out in the open as long as you have a new and standardized browser like chrome. So your payment information should still be hidden and as long as you are sure you have no cookie loggers on your browser still, it’s safe to buy robux again.

What they did was they took your IP address and used a geolocator to find where you live and also if you had a vpn this would have not happened

@Adam I know this won't mention you but I saw your comment and if you check this comment section again I'd like to let you know that I will 100% make a video to help everyone get their accounts back after something like this, for now make sure to contact Roblox with an email you have associated with the account before. Even if the email is changed, Roblox keeps a record of all the emails that have ever been used with that account, so if you can contact them with the email you used originally for your account, you have a high chance to get it back :) Hope this helped you and anyone else who needs it.

You could have also been caught in a phishing scam and gave your password away unwillingly. In this case, you need to contact Roblox to get your robux back. In most cases, they'll give you a one time rollback. But this is ONE TIME

If you mess up again they won't give you another one, so think if it's even worth it to get a rollback. If you lost only like 100 robux ($1 US) it's probably not worth that one time rollback to recover it. You should wait until you lose thousands to get a rollback.

If you got cookie logged, do the following stuff that I commented PC: Go to the Roblox site and make sure your logged in your account. Right click and click 'Inspect' then go to applications. You will see 'Cookies' Click it then you'll see A cookie and "www.roblox.com" right click it then something will show up: 'Clear' press clear and the cookie logger will not be able to log back in. Now go to your settings then enable/get 2fa, a pin, a stronger password. Then go to security in your Roblox settings and press sign out of all other sessions, If you did all these and your completly safe, For better security and so that your account will be more safe, Click the 3 dots in the top right corner then click more tools then proceed to clear browsing data. Then something will pop up showing "clear data", press it and your 100% safe. Mobile: Go to the Roblox application, then go to settings, enable 2fa and create a pin and a better password if you haven't already. Then press sign out of all sessions. After doing all these, exit your Roblox, go to the Settings app and go to "applications" find Roblox and clear the cache, if you did this you are 100% safe and you do not have to worry.

😭😭😭 don't worry u can probably get ur account backkkk First thing u need to do is get rid of any weird chrome extensionsions, do a full virus scan, and use secure sign out, basically first go to ur Roblox settings, go to security, and go to secure sign out, and then log out and log back in (this is of course if you can still get into your account). If you can't, try to reset your password with your email, if they changed your password they likely have changed your email too. In the case that you can't reset your password, contact Roblox support and provide them as much evidence you can that you own the account, I hope you can get control over your account again! 😔

I got bookmark cookie logged. Lost all my limiteds, robux and my group. I think the person who Quote on Quote hacked me made himself the owner. The owner changed into Ganga_DL idk if that’s his alt or something. So I reported him. I change the pass, checked if something was downloaded (extensions, files, etc) reinstalled the whole browser, clear my Cache, reset the cookie, and signed out of other sessions. I also changed my passwords for other accounts. I also had a virus scan using ESET antivirus. Am I safe? Or no? Btw I got a rollback but I’m not sure if I’m safe or not. Please reply ASAP. Hey, apologizes for the late reply. I get a lot of comments on this video so it's hard to keep up replying to ever single one of them. In regards to weather you're safe or not, given the precautions and actions you took, I'd guess so. However, some viruses can't be so easily removed (but I assume that Roblox based viruses aren't made the best so they're probably detectable). If you've taken all necessary precautions, you should be fine.

I think I got cookie logged or something but basically what happened was I was in a Roblox game called pls donate which is basically where you can sell stuff like gamepasses shirts pants and t shirts and basically after that this guy told me that he was gonna give me robux but he said he was gonna do it on his main since he was having his alt and he was asking for my discord and stupidity enough I give him my discord and then after that he accepted my request and we chatted and then he sent his Roblox profile and I noticed the url was kinda different it was the same usual URL but it had a ug in it and he told me because he was in a different country that's why he had it and dumbly enough I believed it and I went in and everything looked odd like I was logged in but I'm this link it was logged off and it still sent me to his profile but then after that he somehow know the city I lived in even though I never told him anything where I live so what do I do?

That seems to also be an IP logger. People will threaten you with knowing your IP address all the time if they're nasty, but it's really nothing to worry about. They can get your APPROXIMATE city as well as your country but nothing else major. It would be extremely hard to find someone based on the rough city they live in (which isnt even completely correct most of the time), so I'd say you're safe.

I clicked on a malicious link and didn't notice it because I was sleep deprived. Someone told me they just have straight up access to my account but they don't know my PIN, password etc... Cookies are bits of data that are stored directly in your browser by websites to allow the websites to get information they need. Cookies are used to keep you signed in so that every time you visit a webpage you don't have to sign in, the cookie has a bit of data that tells the website what account you're logged into and weather you can login. What cookie loggers do is take this specific bit of data, and they plug it into their own browser so that it thinks that you're logged in and are just revisiting the site, so it immediately logs them in without question as it thinks it's just you. So yeah, I hope that answered your question!

It's impossible to get cookie logged in a roblox game. To understand exactly what cookie logging is. You need to know this. Cookies (which you may have seen that word pop up on some websites) are bits of data that websites store on your computer to save. For example, to make sure you don't have to login every time you go onto Roblox. Cookie logging is when people get a hold of your Roblox security cookie, which is normally for you so you are already in your account when you load up the site. But these people take it, and the website thinks they are you so it just logs them in. You can't get cookie logged in games, you must have given your password to someone or directly given your cookie to someone

It appears you may have fallen victim to a phishing scam. My best advice is to contact Roblox and hope they can get your stuff back. Sadly, I don't think you'll be able to get in game items back from Roblox support.

It really depends on how they're working it. A lot of websites don't actually use security cookies to login as Roblox is known to have pretty outdated security. However, cookie logging only logs what it's told to log, so it would have to be programmed into the logger in order to access any other accounts. But technically, any of your accounts which uses cookies to keep you logged in, may be vulnerable. I wouldn't stress it too much if the site or scam that logged you was mainly based off of Roblox and has something to do with Roblox. I would look through this comment section if your Roblox account is hijacked though as there are a lot of frequently asked questions and explanations there. If you're on windows: - go to Windows defender - select virus and threat protection - there should be an option there to do a full scan - then do scan now For mac you may have to download or purchase an antivirus online such as malwarebytes.

Well I mean you could get a rollback, however I don't reccomend this as you only lost 5 dollars worth of robux. I lost around 100 dollars in comparison. So honestly you could contact Roblox to get a rollback, but you only get this one time in your entire account's lifetime. So I'd just move on and use your rollback on something much more worth it.
